We moved out on April 1st and the company in Troy charged us for an entire month (all of April). We let them know verbally a day before and again on the 1st. This is a totally unfair policy and because it is an automatic payment there is nothing the customer can do. They claim I need to read the fine print that they need written notification. This is poor customer service!
